Payment Methods
Snobby Walrus Paper Crafts accepts payments through Paypal. You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay through Paypal. You may pay with a credit card or debit card through Paypal, even if you do not have an account. We choose Paypal for our merchant services to ensure that transactions are secure for our customers.
Shipping
Snobby Walrus Paper Crafts offers international priority shipping to every country in the world. Shipping is calculated based on the weight of the items ordered and to which country they are being shipped to. We highly recommend insurance for all international orders, but do not require it. If you would like your order insured, be it international or domestic, please inform us and we will gladly calculate the additional charge for you.
Your shipping total is calculated by weight of the items you purchase, and by the zip code and country the items are shipping to. All items ship out of Seattle, WA, via USPS. No domestic shipping costs exceed $10.99 (the cost of a flat rate box and packaging materials to protect your goodies). Most orders will ship USPS Priority.
We take great care to package and protect the products as they are being shipped, but if your items are not in acceptable or usable condition, please let us know so we can fix the problem for you. Customer service is VERY important to us, and we want you to be happy with your purchase!

Shipping Rolls of Gift Wrap
Please note that rolls of gift wrap ship separately from other items you may order, and have their own shipping cost separate from the shipping of regular items. This is due to their irregular shape and special packaging required. The shipping cost you see in your Paypal cart is for the gift wrap only, and the cost of shipping any other items in addition to the gift wrap does not show up until you proceed to check out. You do NOT have to complete the checkout process to see the total shipping costs for your non-gift-wrap items. It's a technical kink we're still working on, and we apologize for the inconvenience. This applies only to rolls of gift wrap. All other items ship in the same box.
Returns
We do not accept returns on scrapbook paper or on opened products (unless they are defective), and we do not accept returns on any authentic vintage items.
We will gladly accept returns on any unused, unopened product within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs for all returned items. We recommend that anyone returning a product use delivery confirmation and insurance in the case of lost packages or disputes.
Snobby Walrus Paper Crafts is not liable for damages and mishandling by USPS, FedEx, UPS or any other postal carrier, but we do our utmost to make sure items are packaged well to minimize any potential damage from disgruntled mail carriers who hate their jobs. If your items arrive in an unacceptable condition, please let us know!
